Get In Touch

Send me your goal and your context (schedule, training experience, injuries/pain, preferences). I’ll reply with a clear next step and explain which service fits you best.

Assessment & Goals

We start with a practical assessment -posture, movement quality, mobility, basic strength patterns, and any pain or limitations. Then we set clear goals and priorities based on what you need most right now.

Traning Plan

I build a plan around you – your body, lifestyle, and objective – using science- and evidence-informed principles. You’ll get a simple structure, clear priorities, and progressive steps so you always know what to do and why it matters.

Train

You train with precise coaching and feedback. I focus on the unsexy fundamentals: quality reps, good technique, the right dose, and consistent execution – and I teach you along the way so you build awareness, not dependency.

05.

Re-Assess

We track what matters and review how your body is responding: performance, recovery, consistency, and how you feel in real life. If something isn’t working, we adjust it early.

Update the Plan

Based on your progress and feedback, I refine the plan for the next phase. Same direction, better fit -so you keep improving month after month with training that stays personalized, progressive, and sustainable.
